Master Stucco was the first in the country to offer warranties on stucco homes. Because we found that damage always happened in predictable locations, the thought occurred to us that if the damage was predictable, it was also preventable.

To our knowledge, only one other company currently offers a warranty on stucco homes. We highly recommend you check them out and read the fine print in their contract which states that they will only reimburse a maximum of $250 per location for a maximum of 40 locations. They feel that this is a $10,000 warranty. We disagree.

Master Stucco does not place any maximum amount on our warranties. Yes, we have had a few claims and took care of the damage as agreed. No questions asked, no excuses made. We failed to do what we promised.

Our warranties are included with our maintenance programs. The only way that we can prevent damage from happening is to do the work right... ourselves. We don't trust others to get it right and since we are responsible for more than $250 worth of damages, we insist on inspecting and maintaining the property ourselves.
