Stucco Repair

 

  There are many factors that can lead to stucco damage including moisture related conditions, impact damage, lack of maintenance, and settlement related factors. Of all of these, only impact damage is not preventable (storm, animals, and of course, people).

  No matter what damage occurs to stucco, every type of damage can be repaired, and if the conditions that created the damage are corrected and monitored, future damage can be prevented. This is one of the many benefits of stucco, with the exception of impact damage, all stucco related damage occurs in predictable locations for predictable reasons, and is therefore preventable.
