Maintenance and Warranty Program
  This level of maintenance will increase the level of services included in our contract. At this level, we will visually inspect the property every 3 months for any new problems with the stucco, caulking, paint, or any other condition that would affect the stucco on the property. We will also pressure wash the property every 6 months, repair minor impact damage to the stucco, and repair any small wood damage (smaller than the size of a quarter) using Bondo^® and paint. No damage to the wood or metal trim, or stucco damage that is beyond our ability to prevent will be covered, for example: settlement and impact damage.

• Replace Defective Caulking
• Annual Report of Condition
• Pressure Wash Entire Building 2 Times per Year
