Maintenance and Warranty Program
  This level of service will include everything listed in the Gold Level program, but also includes visual inspections every month, coverage of any damage to the stucco including impact damage and graffiti, and touch-up of any minor damage to any wood surface that comes in contact with the stucco (doors, fences, decks, and other attachments to the property). We will maintain color information on the property and paint any area that requires only paint to repair, for example graffiti.

• Annual Report of Condition
• Pressure Wash Entire Building 3 Times per Year
• Touch-Up Delaminating Paint on Any Trim
• Repair Any Stucco Related Impact Damage
• Repair Any Moisture Related Damage to Stucco
• Repair Any Graffiti or Discolored Stucco
• Repair Any Damage from Signs
• Clean Gutters of Any Debris
• Repair Any Gutter Leaks
