Maintenance Only Program
  This intro level of service is intended for those customers who prefer to have our experts keep an eye on their property. At this level, we will visually inspect the property every 6 months for any new problems with the stucco, caulking, paint, or any other condition that would affect the stucco on the property. Any failure of the caulking will be repaired under this program. We will also pressure wash the property once a year. An annual report will be provided detailing the condition of the stucco and trim in contact with the stucco.
