Maintenance and Warranty Program
  This warranty is our "top of the line," "everything included" program tailored specifically for those customers who are in the process of selling their home. Under this maintenance program we will maintain the entire outside of the home including the stucco walls, the gutters, the wood trim (does not include the actual window sashes or doors), shingles, flashings, and lights on the outside of the home. This warranty and maintenance program also includes the framing on which the stucco is attached to. Our goal with this warranty is to provide complete peace of mind to the buyer of the home, taking care of any deterioration of the external components of the home that become damaged or deteriorate for any reason.

• 6 Month Inspection Interval
• Visual Inspection of All Penetrations
