Maintenance Only Program
  This intro level maintenance program is intended for those customers who are new with Master Stucco and unsure just how much they want to spend on keeping their home in top condition. At this level, we will visually inspect the home every 12 months for any new problems with the stucco, caulking, paint, or any other condition that would affect the stucco on the home. Any failure of the caulking will be repaired under this program. We will also inspect the wood trim that is in contact with the stucco and touch up any paint on the wood that is cracking or delaminating. No moisture inspection is required since there is no warranty against any moisture related damage. An annual report will be provided detailing the condition of the stucco and wood trim in contact with the stucco.
