Residential Standard Warranty

Warranty Only Program
  This basic warranty is intended for those customers who only desire an inexpensive warranty program that does not include any maintenance of the property. This warranty is available only after a moisture inspection has been conducted that does not have any findings of excessive moisture or moisture related damage. Under this warranty program, Master Stucco will repair any damage to the stucco or the wall on which the stucco is located while under the warranty program. A detailed report is included at the beginning of each new warranty year which outlines any issues we find during our annual inspection. These reports provide potential buyers of the property with a historical record of the condition of the property which can help reduce any concerns the next buyer may have when they later need to sell the home.
