Maintenance and Warranty Program
  This level of maintenance will include everything listed in the Gold Level program, but also includes our complete unlimited warranty service, an annual inspection report, coverage of any damage to the stucco, cleaning, repair and maintenance of the gutters, and touch-up of any minor damage to any wood surface that comes in contact with the stucco (doors, fences, decks, and other attachments to the home are not covered unless agreed to in advance). An annual report will be provided detailing the condition of the stucco and wood trim in contact with the stucco. This level of service requires that a complete moisture inspection be conducted prior to being added to our maintenance program.
